If you want to work in Canada, you can apply for an open work permit before entering Canada or obtain an offer of employment from a Canadian employer.
A person who operates their own business in Canada as an Enterpreneur may be eligible for an LMIA exempt work permit. The entrepreneur must control at least 50% of the business in Canada, and the products and services the business provides must generate a significant economic benefit to Canadians or Permanent resident clients.
